Stephen Gill is a photographer known for his documentative style. Many of his projects have focused on his surroundings and life in East London and recently Sweden, aiming to make work that acts as a response to the times we live in. Books are key to his brand of photography, with most of his work being presented in some sort of photobook.
His work stood out to me due to the main theme of documenting a place in different ways to try and build an image of it. His works are often documentative and (relatively) objective in their style, something that I try to attain in my photography.
